Brownlee-Morrow has earned the IDEX Corporation’s designation as a Positive PumpCare™ Certified Service Center. We join an elite group of pump distributors who provide specialized expertise to positive displacement pump users—servicing all positive displacement pumps regardless of brand. Positive displacement pumps are used to move difficult, high-maintenance materials such as adhesives, paints, powders, asphalt and more.
Our technicians have completed training and certification from selected IDEX business units, Viking Pump, Warren Rupp, Pulsafeeder, Micropump, Corken and Versa-Matic. We are able to provide factory-authorized service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
But as a Positive PumpCare™ Certified Service Center, we do more than just fix the problem at hand. We analyze pump system processes, we maintain an extensive inventory of pump repair parts and we focus on the kind of improvements that minimize pump system down time, adding up to a lower cost of pump ownership for our customers.
